Our formal 10?week internship programs provide students with the opportunity to work on critical projects integral to our teams success. Interns work alongside some of the best minds in Real Estate, in an innovative, fast?paced environment and are expected to approach tasks and projects with dedication and initiative.
Our internship program connects students with industry leaders and provides foundational real estate knowledge through a speaker series and networking events. We focus on accelerating growth with hands?on professional development and training. Recognizing that real estate thrives on relationships, we create an engaging experience with volunteering, portfolio tours, and intern?led activities, all designed to build collaboration and a connected cohort.
The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of a development project including: financial analysis and modeling, due diligence, zoning, legal oversight, budgeting, design, construction, acquisition, project management and leasing.
The hourly rate for this position is $45 per hour.
