Job Description

Century Consulting services is extending a unique opportunity to fearless sales people who thrive in a competitive sales environment with unlimited earning potential.

What we do: Century has been a leading provider in the debt relief industry since 2013. We assist clients who are being crushed under the weight of high interest credit card and loan debt by providing them with solutions that will help them break free form the cycle and achieve financial independence.

Compensation: $110,000 - $200,000+ annually (Base + Commission) Commission is uncapped, and paid monthly. Fully unlocked from the beginning with no waiting period. New recruits can expect to be making commission within their first 60-90 days.

Base Salary: $65,000

Role: This role rewards SKILL above all else. Successful sales people here will master the sales strategies provided to maximize their closing percentages. Sales are made entirely over the phone with provided warm leads. On average, 7 New leads will be provided daily. No cold calling , No Prospecting . Just selling. In other words, quality over quantity is the name of the game.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-driven, goal-oriented sales professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in sales, financial services, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others.
