Job Description
This position reports to the director of finance and will have responsibility to transform timesheets into invoices then follow up for timely payment across all projects and clients. Compensation is based on experience with QuickBooks and fundamental accounting principles. Successful candidates will be energetic self starters with a passion for process improvement and a willingness to ask for prompt payment for work we've done on our clients behalf.
