Salary: $1,000 - $1,250 Weekly

We are looking for an Accounting specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our real estate company. This individual will be empowered to identify, present, and lead changes impacting the companys finance and accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting forbusiness operations and budgets
• Ensuring adherence to standard requirements
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Create and report analysis and findings to management team
• Provide the Company with timely, accurate, thorough financial information on a regular basis such as accounting spreadsheets and summary's on a weekly basis.
• Utilize accounting software's for all bookkeeping entries.
• Input all Sub-contractor invoices
• Ensure timely payment processing.
• Review, code, obtain appropriate approvals and enter vendor invoices
• Reconcile, research and correct discrepancies on vendor statements.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  
• Experience with current computer programs ( Quickbooks, Excell, Word, Bill)
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
