Position Summary
The
Administrative Assistant is a critical,
entry-level role responsible for administrative, operational, and sales support. You will be the center's front-line ambassador, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective and current families. This role requires a strong focus on
customer service , driving
lead conversion , and utilizing modern office technology to meet center goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service This is a sales-focused administrative position essential for driving enrollment and retention.
- Lead the Enrollment Process: Handle all in-person and phone inquiries, follow up promptly on leads, and conduct enrollment conversations to convert prospects into students.
- Utilize CRM & Relationship Building: Systematically track leads and update customer data. Ensure exceptional customer service by building rapport with parents and conducting care calls and progress updates.
- Promote Growth: Actively encourage referrals and manage lead conversion efforts from inquiry to sale.
2. Administrative & Technical Support Provide vital support to the management team and center operations.
- Daily Communication: Manage the management team's emails, texts, and phone calls .
- Technical Proficiency: Use Google Suite (Drive, Sheets , Docs , Forms ) daily for essential administrative, tracking, and reporting tasks.
- Marketing & Operations: Utilize Canva to assist in creating center materials. Help manage center dcor, maintain cleanliness, and support various in-center activities .
- Document Management: Maintain essential student records and enter progress data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: This is an entry-level role for candidates with strong organizational and technical skills ready to learn.
- Technology Expert: Excellent working knowledge of the Google Suite is essential (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc.).
- Design Skills: Proficiency in using Canva or similar design tools.
- Traits: Must be highly resourceful, decisive, and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to driving sales and center success.
