- Responsible for a wide variety of office duties for one or more management/specialist personnel.
What you'll do - Types, files, and provides telephone coverage
- Processes mail and orders supplies
- Handles employee requests and inquiries
- Processes invoices
- Greets and directs customers
- Handles hotel and travel arrangements
- Processes employee return to work requests
- Handles injuries on duty
- Processes emergency travel
- Updates and relocates files
- Ability to work rotating shifts including holidays and weekends as necessary
- Ability to travel on Company business if and when necessary
All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience - High School diploma or GED equivalency
- 1 year previous on-the-job office/clerical experience
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications - Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with little supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to use SABRE (RES & DECS), Share Point, Oracle, Invoice Works, and Work Brain
- Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted privileges to airport security identification display area (SIDA)
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority escort badge and/or US Customs security badges if applicable
