As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any concerns that arise. You will also interact with individuals on-site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address questions or issues. This is a driving post, so you will utilize your valid driver's license to patrol various areas as needed. What Youll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities or incidents that may arise during patrols or while on post.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while maintaining a visible presence.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
