• Up to $25/hour starting pay

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to maintenance requests and work orders
• Prepping apartments for new residents (make-readies)
• Painting, staining, drywall, and carpentry repairs
• Troubleshooting and maintaining HVAC systems
• Keeping the property clean, safe, and looking great
• Rotating on-call for after-hours emergencies
• Participating in preventative maintenance tasks
• Maintaining organized shop and supply areas

✅ What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC Certification & EPA License preferred (not required)
• Experience in painting, drywall, and basic electrical
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A team-player attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to complete on-site training within 30 days
•  

🛠 A hands-on skills test will be required during the interview.
