What You’ll Do:

• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently based on priority
• Prepare apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns)
• Interior and exterior painting/staining
• Perform exterior structural maintenance and repairs
• Maintain and service pool (CPO certification preferred)

What You Bring:

• 🛠️ 1+ years’ experience in apartment or property maintenance
• ❄️ HVAC experience preferred
• 💧 Plumbing skills (copper pipe sweating)
• ⚡ Electrical knowledge (outlets, switches, fixtures)
• 🧱 Drywall, painting, carpentry experience
• 🔧 Appliance troubleshooting (refrigerators, dishwashers, etc.)
• 🏊 CPO Certification strongly preferred
