Maintenance Technician assistant wanted for an apartment community in the Vernon/Manchester area.

Requirements:

• Hard working individual who works with others to complete ALL ASPECTS of apartment and building maintenance.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Multi-family residential Maintenance.
• General maintenance, cleaning and repair of the interior and exterior of the community
• Apartment turns/make units ready for new move-ins which includes but not limited to: painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and tiling.
• Must have experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, some heating, and appliance repairs,
• Responding to all resident service requests
• Available to respond to emergency service requests and participate in snow removal after hours as needed – Snow removal done in-house.
• Possess good people, communication; listening and interpersonal skills
• Must have clean background (no arrests), clean driving history, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation
