This position involves setting phone appointments with qualified homeowners throughout Arizona and California. Outbound Auto Dialer system and manual dialing of the existing client base. This is a great opportunity to build a career - growth opportunities are available to become a loan officer.

We are open to full-time AND part-time applicants

Responsibilities:

• Call residential homeowners in Arizona and California to qualify for refinancing home loans or home equity loans
• Ask qualifying questions to set appointments to talk to our mortgage loan officer
• Make between 100-150 contacts per day
• Cross-reference qualifications for appointments (training provided to do this)

Qualifications :

• Previous experience working in a call center is preferred but not required
• Persistence and the ability to overcome objections are key to being successful.
• Previous mortgage industry-related or outbound call center experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check.
