Responsibilities

PRODUCT DESIGN- JEWELRY, VERTU, PACKAGING

• Create artworks based on design direction.
• Create design specs with accurate details for best sample execution.
• Create and update Design Decks with most up-to-date information.
• Review samples with design team and provide comments to workshop.
• Support PD for accurate sample execution.
• Work with jewelers & engravers to execute mock-up samples.

PRESENTATION DECK

• Create, update, and maintain presentation decks in alignment with design direction and brand guidelines.
• Ensure all decks are consistently formatted, visually polished, and ready for both internal and external presentations.
• Adapt content and layouts for various meeting needs.

CUSTOM PROGRAM

• Manage custom artworks requests. Communicate clearly in timely manner to provide correct artwork for each request and keep track of revision.
• Create new custom style standard sheet for each launch.

ENGRAVING PROGRAM

• Establish engraving standards.
• Create new engraving style standard sheet for each launch.

SAMPLE INVENTORY

• Participate design inventory count.
• Organize & manage design team samples accurately.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft Office is MUST.
• Proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D & plug-in programs is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in jewelry design
• Strong understanding of 3-dimensional model & construction, jewelry making process, material knowledge.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
