Buchanan, Williams & O'Brien, P.C. is a well established, award winning, and growing firm and is looking to add to our team! Qualified candidate will assist firm partners and case managers, be responsible for her/his own caseload, and is expected to work independently with moderate supervision. This position provides an excellent opportunity for long-term growth. Our firm has a collegial work environment where attorneys, paralegals, and staff work together as a team to provide personalized and high-quality services. The specialty areas will be in Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation.

Qualifications:

* Active license to practice law in Missouri or willing to become licensed in Missouri if licensed in another state
* Familiarity with various legal documents
* Ability to compose high-quality written correspondence
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Empathetically navigate challenging conversations with clients and build rapport
* Outgoing and dynamic personality with ability to effectively communicate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
