Join our modern, state-of-the-art dental practice (Diamond Dental) in charming Newtown, CT! We are a fully digital office with six operatories, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a friendly and supportive environment. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our team and take advantage of the autonomy in treatment planning.

Position Details:

• Type: Full-Time
• Operatory: 6 modern operatories
• Technology: Fully digital practice; CBCT, iTero scanner, digital X-rays, in-house milling machine and much more
• Patient Focus: Compassionate, patient-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality dental services to patients of all ages
• Conduct comprehensive examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform a variety of dental procedures including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry
• Maintain patient records and adhere to safety protocols
• Foster a positive and reassuring environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

• Current and valid Dental License in the State of Connecticut
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 2 years of experience preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical skills will be considered
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
