We are looking for an entry-level Attorney with a strong interest in real estate law to join our team in Rochester, New York. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to support a well-established residential real estate practice. You will collaborate with an experienced and friendly team, many of whom have been with the firm for over a decade.

Responsibilities:
• Provide legal counsel and representation in residential real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to property sales and purchases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
• Assist clients in resolving disputes related to property ownership or transactions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop strategies for complex cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all client matters.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate law and industry practices.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.• Must hold a valid license to practice law.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in real estate law.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
