CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Self-motivated to reach monthly goals, and earn award-winning customer survey metrics.
• Produce opportunities from daily CRM tasks (leads, phone-ups) and follow-up processes in the Business Development Center.
• Take ownership, and expedite the preparation of paperwork for the Finance and Accounting Departments, at the same time, attentively preparing the vehicle through Reconditioning and Detail Departments.

REQUIRED: Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record. High school diploma or equivalent.
