Job Description

Client requires the services of 1 Cloud Solutions Architect 3 , hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Cloud Solutions Architect 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Client . All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Client . The selection process may include pre-selection requirements such as criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Client will pay no fees for interviews or discussions that occur during the candidate selection process. The Cloud Solutions Architect will leverage their technical expertise in cloud services to design and implement scalable, robust systems on the AWS cloud platform. II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates not meeting or exceeding the minimum skills and experience may still be presented to the client but may not be selected for this opportunity. Years of experience required: 12 years Expertise in operating systems such as Red Hat Linux and Windows. Design and deployment of scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on AWS. Providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to develop and implement cloud solutions. Selecting appropriate AWS services based on data, compute, database, or security requirements. Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and applications on AWS. Gathering requirements and defining solutions on cloud infrastructure. Assessing existing infrastructure and recommending modifications. Educating teams on architectural principles and best practices. Ensuring solutions comply with security standards. Leading technical discussions and adopting new technologies. Knowledge of storage and backup solutions provided by AWS. Experience with ITIL, Remedy, and ServiceNow. Experience managing Archer GRC. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of networking concepts such as IP, DNS, TCP/IP, etc. Familiarity with database software like Oracle, MSSQL, Postgres. Understanding of identity management and cybersecurity principles. Keeping current with cloud computing developments. AWS Solutions Architect Certification. We care about our people and our work.
