Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Barback to support our bartending and cafe team and ensure smooth operations throughout our restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, stocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and assisting bartenders during service hours. This role requires a proactive and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area before, during, and after service
• Ensure all bar supplies such as liquor, glassware, and ice are stocked throughout the shift
• Prepare garnishes, cut fruit, and maintain cleanliness of garnish stations
• Clean and sanitize bar tools, glasses, and equipment
• Remove empty bottles, trash, and recycling from the bar area
• Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking inventory as needed
  Requirements:
• Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
• Knowledge of basic bar operations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
