Fast growing Below Grade Waterproofing company looking for experienced below grade water proofers (or above grade willing to do below grade). We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team. Jobs sites are located all over the lower mainland, so a valid class 5 drivers license in good standing is required.

Duties:
• Driving a 2 or 3 ton cab over cube van to and from sites
• Working off of ladders (or scissor lift), installing waterproofing membranes onto shoring walls using concrete nail guns
• operate an airless pump and spray asphalt emulsion onto carrier sheet or 2 sided walls, at a specific thickness
• experienced in safe work procedures/practices on commercial sites
Requirements:
• Safe working knowledge of concrete nail guns
• Maintain a professional work environment onsite with, co-workers, other trades and general contractor’s
• Fluent in English with good communication skills
• Positive, responsible, and reliable
• Driver license with reliable transportation

Further consideration will be given to candidates who have;
• Experience with torching of sheet products (Soprema BSW, torch'n stick, Flam 180 etc.)
• Experience with other sheet membranes, Pretak, Preseal, Colphene 3000 etc.
• a First Aid certificate
• a Scissor/boom lift certificate
• a Fall Protection certificate
