About the Role:

This part-time role will serve as the main point of contact for prospective residents, providing information about housing options, verifying eligibility, and connecting families to resources.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the initial contact for potential residents in both Spanish and English
• Provide information about housing programs and eligibility criteria
• Verify applicant eligibility and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with staff and attend occasional in-person meetings in Lorton and at the housing site in Alexandria (off Route 1)

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in administrative support, project coordination, or client service (nonprofit or housing experience is a plus)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Northern Virginia

Schedule and Location:

• Approximately 10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
• Combination of remote work and in-person meetings in Lorton and Alexandria
