QuickBooks Expert PART TIME
JOB SUMMARY
Seeking two days per week, working from our office in Brooklyn Heights, and some hours remote from your home. Experienced QuickBooks to do bookkeeping and accounts management/bill pay. Proficiency in Dropbox and Excel a must.
BENEFITS Independent Contractor – No benefits offered.
JOB DESCRIPTION/DETAILS
● Open and process hard copy and email/online bills
Put bills into QuickBooks – categorize bills
● Payroll management
● Track vacation and sick days
● New Accounts set up
● Vendor Management
● Bank transfers as needed – select which accounts to pay bills from
● Weekly update of spreadsheets
● Review/categorize 5 credit cards
● Balance check books (5 main accts)
● Communications with Accountant
● Communication with Sales Agents and staff
● Communication with IT
2. Real Estate related
● 10 Bank accounts for family real estate business
● 8 Tenant Bills – Coordinate Leases
● Coordinate Leases for new tenants and renewals for rentals
● Vendors - track repairs
● Renovations / Real Estate Improvements – order appliances, coordinate with our Site Manager for ordinary repairs, plumber, and electrician - and contractor for larger jobs as needed.
