\nA Day in the Life of the Broadband Service Technician:
\nThe Broadband Service Technician is responsible for residential installation, service/repair, and disconnections for data, video, and phone on the customer premises with a high level of focus on customer service, customer education, and quality of work. This role will be responsible for ensuring and recording correct RF signal levels. The BST is required to communicate with leadership and dispatch, as well as assist supervisors and technicians with escalations and specialized work orders. This role participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
