Desired candidates will have:

• 1+ years of bussing experience in busy metropolitan restaurants
• A clear understanding of service standards; including but not limited to steps of service, right of way, backhanding, etc.
• The ability to multi-task a myriad of responsibilities
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality 
• Flexible and open availability preferred
