Position: Call Center Appointment Setter

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Call Center Appointment Setter to connect with homeowners and schedule appointments for impact windows and doors. This is a career opportunity for a hungry, outgoing telephone professional who thrives on building relationships and driving results.

NO COLD CALLING

Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners interested in home improvement services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for impact windows and doors
• Manage and update the lead database accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with potential clients and confirm scheduled appointments

Required Skills:

• Exceptional phone communication and client management skills
• Strong database and lead management abilities
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Experience :

• 3–5 years of outbound telephone or appointment-setting experience
• Prior home improvement experience (windows, doors, roofing, or similar) highly preferred
• Proven track record in lead generation and appointment scheduling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
