Job Descriptions Customer Service Representative Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM, with two Saturdays a month (8 AM - 12 PM) Responsibilities include answering incoming calls regarding customer accounts, payments, title requests, payment options, and website login assistance. Customer Accounts Representative Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with two late nights a week (11 AM - 8 PM, excluding Fridays), and two Saturdays a month (8 AM - 12 PM) This role involves light collections, primarily calling customers who have missed one payment (1-29 days past due). Compensation and Skills Starting pay ranges from $21.50/hr to $23.00/hr, depending on experience, with additional pay for Spanish speakers with a bachelor's degree. Skills required include financial experience, call center experience, data entry, auto finance knowledge, and a bachelor's degree. Experience level is considered expert.
