Job Description
Duration: 6 Months contract to hire
Hours: First 6 months are going to be 8-5pm then after the first 6 months switch to 12pm-8pm (first financial employee)
Requirements: 1 year of Customer Service (NOT FOOD), absolutely no JOB hopping
Description: Call center environment, all calls are inbound there is no outbound calls. 1st line of communication, all banking situations will be answered: mobile app, travel, fraud, credit card, debt cards, opening accounts. Fully onsite first 6 months. After the first six months can sign to contract, after this point 2nd shift is available and either remote or hybrid with a pay raise. The goal is to, trouble shooting customers issues as quick as possible. There is a test that is needed to go into interviews only NEED 30% to pass. Will have cheat sheet and prep for the test. Test length is 1 hour and most people take it in 10-20min.
