Role Overview Our Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. • YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
• OUR SCHEDULE/PATTERN IS 4 DAYS ON 2 DAYS OFF PATTERN. YOUR DAYS OFF WILL ROTATE EACH WEEK.
• Full Time positions available
• Full time, 2 days on the 6a-2pm shift, followed by 2 days on 2p-10p shift then off 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide great resident care and support with activities of daily living (showering/bathing, toilet assistance, personal grooming, assist with hearing aids, glasses, oral care, light housekeeping) and personal hygiene
• Laundry
• Linen changes
• Serve meals
• Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
• Escorts to and from meals and activities
• Companionship

Qualifications

• Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
• Teamwork and a positive attitude
• Ability to work as a team and also independently
• Previous experience
• A love for seniors
