We’re on the lookout for an EXPERIENCED HVAC Installer who shares our passion for customer service and is eager to grow in the HVAC industry. If that sounds like you, read on!

What You’ll Do

• Install generators and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings.
• Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units for homes.
• Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure our reputation for superior service shines through in every customer interaction.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week. Overtime and weekend opportunities are available, even during the off-season!

What You Need to Succeed

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Professional attitude at all times.
• Ability to take direction from lead workers and supervisors.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Commitment to safety rules and practices.
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings, including ladder safety.
• Comfortable working in tight spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
• Capability to lift 50 lbs overhead with assistance.
• Dedication to developing customer service skills.
• Willingness to invest in tools.

Qualifications Desired

• HVAC Trade School Certificate (not required).
• EPA Universal Certification (not required).
• 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience (required).
