Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to, operating manual transmission vehicles, trailers, flatbeds, low beds and more. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while delivering goods to our clients in a timely manner. HOME EVERY NIGHT

Duties

• Operate and drive a variety of trucks including tractor-trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and flatbeds.
• Load and unload freight securely and efficiently.
• Follow designated routes for deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that may occur during transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
• Familiarity flatbed trucks, tankers, and other types of freight transport.
• Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of route driving principles and logistics management.
• Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading/unloading processes.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
