Job Posting: Certified Pilates Instructor Pay Range: $20.00/hr - $45.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience) Location: Mooresville, NC (expanding to Huntersville). On-site, full‑time. 15 to Fit Method™ Pilates is seeking a passionate Certified Pilates Instructor to lead dynamic sessions and create personalized programs for our members. The role supports both individual and small group instruction (up to six participants) using Pilates equipment and suspension training. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct beginner to advanced Pilates sessions for individuals and small groups. Develop customized Pilates programs aligned with client goals. Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive atmosphere that motivates and challenges clients. Perform client assessments, track progress, and adjust programs accordingly. Collaborate with team members to enhance program quality and variety. Stay updated with industry trends to deliver innovative and effective instruction. Manage Pilates equipment and report maintenance issues. Commit to ongoing professional development and certification in Pilates. Requirements Highly developed written and face‑to‑face verbal communication skills. People skills and a personable demeanor. High School Diploma. At least one fitness course or certification. At least one year of fitness or dance teaching experience. Passion for health and fitness with a commitment to personal and professional integrity. Basic proficiency in using technology for scheduling and communication. Bonus Skills (Not Required) Health and fitness education. Kinesiology or Exercise Science degree.
