Responsibilities

As a CHHA with CaliberHealth Plus, you will:

• Assist clients with  Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide  companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and prescribed exercises.
• Monitor, report, and document changes in client condition.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with client care plans and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA License (required).
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Experience with  bed-bound, total care, or dementia clients is a plus.
