Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

Review all work orders
Supervise and issue work assignments to engineering staff
Prepare weekly work schedules and determine daily staffing requirements
Train, counsel, evaluate, and discipline staff under his direction
Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules to protect company assets
Negotiate maintenance contracts with outside vendors
Verify and approve payroll information
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the engineering department

Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree or 5+ years of related work experience

Supervisory/management/leadership experience
Able to read blueprints
