Job Details

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Review all work orders
• Supervise and issue work assignments to engineering staff
• Prepare weekly work schedules and determine daily staffing requirements
• Train, counsel, evaluate, and discipline staff under his direction
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules to protect company assets
• Negotiate maintenance contracts with outside vendors
• Verify and approve payroll information
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the engineering department

Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree or 5+ years of related work experience

• Supervisory/management/leadership experience
• Able to read blueprints
