Base pay range

$1,000.00/yr - $5,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus, Commission, Sign-on bonus, RSUs, and Stock options

Equity: 10% (Base) + 2% (Bonus); Vesting over 4 years

Quantum computing presents significant opportunities for the financial industry and the robotics, particularly in terms of data intelligence and security and its leveraging of computing hardware for stability. As an early-stage startup; we are looking for an extraordinary innovative mind with experience in raising investment, engagements, and investors who understand genuine transformation.

As Chief Investment/Business Officer you will play a pivotal role in the commercialization of our technologies, seed new industries built on the capabilities of a wide range of deep technology, and build a sustainable knowledge ecosystem. You will develop the next generation of regenerative business models and lead optimization workflows and services with our customers while integrating with the firm's future technology partners.

In this role, you will:

• Lead Fundraising, Business Development and Strategy
• Cultivate a strategic investor and partner network to drive sustainable growth (e.g., private markets and alternative investments)
• Shape brand and engineering execution
• Oversee due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and technical evaluations
• Define and evolve the business model over a 5–10 year horizon, focusing on impact-weighted financials and long-term value creation
• Develop a business plan including impact-weighted accounts framework, expected volume and revenue, NPV, key investment milestones/decisions
• Lead private equity and venture capital investment activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and portfolio management

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's Degree required; PhD, MS, MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
• Passionate entrepreneur, with demonstrated experience in raising capital, scaling startups, promoting scientific/technical innovations, and articulating and selling enterprise business value
• Deep technical literacy in finance, semiconductors, quantum computing, or deep tech ecosystems (e.g., robotics, space)
• Demonstrated experience with capital markets/investment banking, supporting or developing solutions for origination, syndication, and trading workflows
• Strong network of investors, industrial partners, and research institutions to enable true market transformation
• Proven ability to create multidisciplinary R&D collaborations and drive commercial adoption
• Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information
• Bonus: Background in robotics, semiconductor hardware, space technologies, or capital markets (origination, syndication, trading workflows)
