About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to spearhead its technological innovation and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of immersive entertainment, leading the development of proprietary tools and platforms that redefine storytelling and user experience. This pivotal role involves architecting and overseeing the implementation of the core technology stack, with a focus on AI-powered post-production tools, real-time rendering engines, and interactive media systems. The CTO will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that technical capabilities align with the artistic vision, particularly in the areas of virtual production, custom software development, and the exploration of emerging technologies such as generative AI, spatial computing, and blockchain-enabled digital assets. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CTO or Senior Technical Lead in media, gaming, or creative tech industries. Expertise in real-time graphics, particularly with Unreal and Unity, and a strong understanding of creative pipelines in animation, VFX, and interactive media are essential. The role requires a leader with a passion for experimental art, gaming, and digital culture, who can drive R&D initiatives in real-time rendering, virtual production, and interactive storytelling. Experience in team building, including the recruitment and management of a multidisciplinary engineering team, is also a key requirement. While not mandatory, experience in startup environments is considered a valuable asset.
