This is a new position providing Voice Engineering Services to our Clients, Customers, and Partners on a Project-by-Project basis. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on Cisco experience, with recent experience in an Implementation Role. Candidates need to specialize in Cisco Unified Communications technologies , and should also have exposure to other Cisco Advanced Technologies such as Wireless and Routing/Switching . Candidates must have enterprise design and configuration experience with the following : Cisco CCNA or CCNP Voice and Specialty Certifications are preferred. This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain Security Clearance. A Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required. Government clearances are preferred. Excellent oral and written communication, customer service, and presentation skills are essential. Additional Information The ideal candidate will have extensive, recent, hands-on experience with the following products, technologies, and tasks. Experience must include design, implementation, administration, and troubleshooting.
