Job Description

Description One of TEKsystems's clients is in the midst of a migration from UCCE (Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise) to WebEx as well as a migration from their existing hosted solution to WebEx. They have a consultant who is not meeting expectations and, among other things, lacks communication and the ability to work independently. There are pre-built templates and this person will manage the project and work closely with the overall PM, one of our consultants. They will schedule techs and do configurations and put in ports. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
