Clean Room Operator

Hours: 2nd shift – 2pm – 1030pm CT

About the Job:

A leader in the medical device manufacturing industry is looking for a Clean Room Operator to help produce high-quality medical devices. You'll be responsible for keeping our manufacturing environment clean and sterile, operating specialized equipment, and following strict quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Sterilize medical devices and keep accurate records.
• Label, clean, package, and sterilize products.
• Track and verify product quantities and identification numbers.
• Complete production paperwork and reports.
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Look for ways to improve processes.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent. An Associate degree or vocational training is a plus.
• Experience working in a clean room, ideally in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and quality standards.
• Basic understanding of clean room equipment and aseptic techniques.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weight (up to 35 lbs), and personal

wear protective equipment (PPE) gear.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
