• Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid state license, healthcare experience, and understanding of hospice and grief counseling.

• Preferred experience includes hospice care and familiarity with HCHB; must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

• Work hours are Monday to Friday, with weekend rotations; background screening is required.
