Full Time Project Manager . This is perfect job for someone looking for a career opportunity in the janitorial industry.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2-3 years of janitorial experience in a high rise building setting.
- Must be available 5 days a week (2nd shift) with rotating weekends flexibility.
- Has experience supervising a team of 8+
- Must be able to drive to multiple job sites
- Follows instructions and is eager to learn
- Presents a neat and professional appearance
- Possesses a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift objects up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of the shift
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities & Duties may include:
restroom cleaning, kitchen/break area/conference room cleaning, vacuum carpeted areas, and general floor cleaning, trash removal, dusting, laundry pickup and other additional duties as assigned.
