Join our team as a board-certified nurse practitioner contractor! You will conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.

As part of your role, you will review medication and medical histories and perform physical evaluations in the comfort of health plan members' homes. This position allows you to earn a competitive wage while also managing your personal and clinical commitments. You will receive a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and will not be required to prescribe medications, order lab tests, or modify existing treatment plans.
