Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-focused Rental Administrator to join our client’s team. This role supports daily operations related to equipment rentals, ensuring accurate documentation, file management, and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling repetitive tasks, managing high volumes of paperwork, and operating with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process equipment returns and update internal systems accordingly
• Review, organize, and manage rental paperwork
• Maintain accurate job and rental files
• Assist sales and operations teams with equipment-related inquiries
• Perform basic purchasing and inventory-related tasks
• Ensure thorough data entry and documentation to close out rental contracts
• Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

• Prior administrative experience (at least 1–2 years preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Proficient with basic office technology and systems
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, paper-intensive work environment
• Reliable transportation and punctual work habits
