  • Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset

Required:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Prior experience in commercial or residential construction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both owners and contractors
  • Willingness to accept temporary assignments (6–18 months)
  • Attention to detail

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience a plus
  • Previous work on government or federally funded projects

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $62,400 – $83,200 (commensurate with experience)
  • 15 days PTO + 9 paid holidays annually
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage
  • Provided technology and field equipment
  • Opportunity to work on nationally significant and legacy-building projects
  • A mission-driven team committed to making a difference
