Construction Superintendent

Overview: Join Doyon Government Group as a Construction Superintendent and lead field operations on federal and military construction projects across the U.S. We specialize in design-build, renovations, and civil projects for agencies like USACE and NAVFAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day construction site activities, subcontractors, and self-perform crews
• Ensure project delivery on schedule, within budget, and according to plans/specs
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to maintain contract compliance
• Conduct quality checks, schedule inspections, and maintain as-built documentation
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily safety meetings
• Lead punch list completion and project closeout

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of construction experience, 5+ years as Superintendent
• Experience on USACE/NAVFAC or similar federal/military projects
• Strong knowledge of safety standards (EM 385-1-1, OSHA)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license
