Corporate Trainer - Len the Plumber / Master Trades Group Location: Local to Tampa, FL Cocoa Beach, FL Sanford, FL Louisville, KY
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Standard Business Hours with flexibility for training sessions
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Travel: 25-50% by car or air (based on business needs)
Reports To: VP of Training & Development

What You'll Do - Partner with the VP of Training & Development to design and execute a long-term talent development strategy
- Deliver engaging, in-person and virtual training sessions for technical field roles (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and corporate staff
- Support onboarding for new hires, including mentoring during orientation
- Measure training effectiveness and adjust programs for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with leaders across departments to identify training needs and align with performance goals
- Manage large-scale training projects from concept to execution
- Align development programs with performance management, succession planning, and mentorship initiatives
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 4+ years of experience in curriculum design and training facilitation
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Instructional design or content creation experience
- Familiarity with the trades industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Project management skills
- Administrative experience with LMS platforms
Work Environment & Travel - Primary work is in an office setting, with periodic field shadowing of technicians
- Travel up to 25-50% as required for training delivery and program implementation
