Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Portland, OR for a Corporate Trainer. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for new and existing employees. Daily tasks include developing training materials, conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, assessing training effectiveness, and updating training programs as needed to meet organizational goals. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop comprehensive training strategies.

Qualifications
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs and materials
  • 5 years of property management experience
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to assess training effectiveness and update programs accordingly
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and training technologies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members
