Job Description

Corporate Trainer

If you love seeing that "aha" moment when someone learns something new, this role is for you. As a Corporate Trainer, you'll design, deliver, and manage training programs that help our team members grow and thrive-while ensuring our Company meets its goals. You'll partner with managers, subject matter experts, and leaders across the business to create learning experiences that inspire, engage, and stick.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and deliver both instructor-led and online training programs across the Company (excluding Operations).
  • Partner with managers to assess needs, schedule training, and track participation.
  • Develop and facilitate sales and leadership training, with support from subject matter experts.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of our Learning Management System (Talent LMS): course invitations, tracking, compliance, and reporting.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new team members through their first 90 days.
  • Handle all logistics: materials, rosters, certification cards, follow-up, vendor support, budgets, and reporting.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; 3-5 years of related training or corporate experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with a proactive mindset.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); LMS experience preferred (Talent LMS a plus).
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to use metrics and data to drive results.
  • Customer-service mindset, professional presence, and problem-solving ability.
  • Preferred: DiSC certification, knowledge of Situational Leadership, and experience applying SMART goals.
  • Bonus: Prior sales or leadership training experience.
