What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll serve as both a CPA and Branch Manager, taking ownership of daily operations and guiding a team of accounting professionals. You’ll be the go-to advisor for clients while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the branch. Key responsibilities include: · Leading and mentoring a team of accounting professionals · Overseeing branch operations and maintaining efficient processes · Preparing and reviewing financial statements with accuracy and compliance · Offering strategic financial guidance to clients to help them achieve their goals · Implementing and enhancing accounting policies and procedures · Managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities · Staying on top of industry regulations, trends, and best practices · Building lasting relationships with clients while supporting business development efforts What We’re Looking For · CPA designation (required) · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field · 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role · Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations · Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills · Outstanding communication and client relationship abilities · Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite What’s In It for You · Competitive salary range: $100-140k · Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance · Retirement plan with company match · Paid time off and holidays · Career growth and professional development opportunities How to Apply If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and join a growing, client-focused firm, we’d love to connect with you.
