Amergis is currently seeking experienced CT Technologists for LOCAL and TRAVEL assignments in Hyannis, MA!
***Offering $2,500 sign on bonus for starts 6/16 and 6/30!***
Position Details:
*Contract Length: *13 weeks
*Number of Openings:* 4
*Start Date(s): *6/16, 6/30
*Hours/Shifts/Schedules:* 40 hrs/wk, variable nights/evenings
* 7p-7a, 9p-7a, 11p-7a
_Combo of 8, 10, 12 hr shifts available on rotating days of the week_
* Every other weekend, every other holiday
*Setting/Day-to-Day*
* Hospital
* EMR: EPIC
*Requirements*
* 2+ yrs CT Tech experience
* ARRT (CT)
* MA CT License - Can apply upon offer!
* BLS (AHA)
The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.
*Minimum Requirements:*
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
* Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
* A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
* Current CPR if applicable
* TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
* Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age
