Customer Solutions Manager STA
Position Overview:
As a leader in managing "end to end" order-to-bill operations, your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction for the Pharma division. You will develop customer relationships through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, monitor, review, and improve processes and procedures to leverage efficiencies while maintaining compliance. Operating with multiple stakeholders across all Business Units, including Government and Commercial customers, you will engage with high seniority stakeholders such as Directors within Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Supply, and IT, as well as Senior Buyers of Physicians, Hospitals, Clinics, and technicians.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth;
Manage multiple functional areas in O2B Management, Customer Relations Management, Financial Management, and Administrative Systems Support;
Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through to resolution, establishing relationships with cross-functional partners;
Oversee third-party operations at Accenture and GBS Shared Services teams in Delhi, train and support customer service coworkers;
Transition strategic plans into tactical objectives, plan and execute logistics activities;
Work closely with Bill-to-Cash team to develop and maintain full order-to-cash excellence;
Provide operational support for DSCSA process, including exception & error management, customer/account master data validation;
Support partner onboarding for DSCSA, ensuring smooth integration and data flow between systems.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 years of experience in Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain, or Master's Degree with 2 years of experience;
Preferred experience in an Order-to-Cash pharmaceutical, medical device, consumer health, or FMCG industry;
At least 3 years of SAP experience;
Excellent planning, organization, and prioritizing abilities;
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Strong customer awareness and focus;
Strong communication/presentation skills, both oral and written;
Ability to develop, present, and explain in-depth reports using various SAP & Microsoft applications;
Comfortable working directly with all levels of customer's management and internal stakeholders;
Experience in dealing with Hospitals, GPO's, and IDN's throughout the United States, with emphasis in Logistics Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
