Responsibilities
Finalize Retail deals
Post daily bank entries
Manage and monitor CIT
Complete daily payoffs for floorplans and trades
Work closely with Sales dept on any issues
Weekly schedule reviews/emails
Reconcile manufacturer statements
Manage Portfolio claims/cancellations/submissions
Reconcile reserve statements
Qualifications
Knowledge with CDK or another GL Software a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and Google Docs
Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
Ability to meet deadlines
